At SleepyCroc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund, return, and exchange policy to ensure you have a hassle-free experience.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at help@sleepycroc.in or call +918669877070 to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using the shipping method of your choice. Please include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, size, or color, please specify your request when contacting our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, items that are not in their original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchange Shipping Costs: If you are exchanging an item, the cost of shipping the new item to you will be covered by SleepyCroc.
Damaged or Defective Items
